Cannot get into my developer instance

Hello.. I have read articles about the MFA having issues when accessing Developer instances.  Is there a way to have my MFA reset so that I may get in?  Thank  you in advance.

Hello @stewardbk 

 

PDI doesn't have official support so reset not possible and you will have to release instance and get new one.


Tip - For safe side for my PDI, I always create another admin account apart from normal admin id which allows me to reset MFA or access my instance incase if I forget or have issue with original account.
