Hi,
I cannot log into my developer instance. When I try to, it is forcing me to change my password, however it has locked my userID as "admin" and won't let me change it. My ServiceNow ID is not "admin." Can anyone help?

You can reset the admin password and once you login you can change the specific user password as well.

Please go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and select start building when your instance is online. This should open det instance directly from det developer portal.
Alternative, click in the top right corner to manage the instance password:
