Cant find Story table in my dev instance

Hello, I'cant find rm_story table in my personal developer instance Tokyo release, can someone explain why and ho to fix it?

It doesn't exist right OOB.  I believe you have to install the PPM plugin for it.

I have it in my instance, and from the sys_db_object record:

I have installed the PPM plugin, but i am not able to find the story table

did you see the above post, that shows the plugin name and ID for the rm_story table?
