Cant see choices under Resolution code field

Hi,

 

Why i can see only one choice when I suppose to see three choices?
There is no client script or data policy (i checked)

Please reverify any UI policies or client scripts are running on that field.

Navigate to System Definition > Choice Lists 

ensure the flag Inactive for your choice values is set to false:
