Cant see choices under Resolution code field

Hi,

 

Why i can see only one choice when I suppose to see three choices?
There is no client script or data policy (i checked)

ACL is not in picture.

It's something to do with incorrect configuration of the choices for that field

share the screenshot after Right Click -> Configure Choices

that field is on Case table itself. You shared dictionary config screenshot but top part is missing
