Canvas error the first time I open a workspace after a ServiceNow clone and upgrade

Hi,
We cloned PROD to DEV , and then migrated DEV to Xanadu.
We get these Canvas Error messages everytime a user opens a workspace like SOW or CMDB for the first time.
I guess we missed something when we clonned PROD over DEV.
Is anybody familiar?

@jose_quinonez There could be multiple reasons why these error is showing up, when we upgraded we encountered the same error and it was attributed to a custom business rule on sys_attachment table which was causing this error. In your case this could be related to some custom implementation which is causing this.
Best way to address this issue is to raise a case with ServiceNow support, they will let you know the reason why this error is appearing.

@jose_quinonezi have seen this error at the starting time of using this workspace when we got to know deprecated cmdb health dahsboard after upgrading Xanadu,
we got help from ServiceNow through Hi case and got solution as a update set which resolved the issue.
My suggestion would be raised with ServiceNow.
