Capturing user-entered data during signing of HR document template.

Hello all,

I'm working with HR Document Templates and have a requirement to map values entered into the fillable fields of a PDF template. This includes capturing a signature in a separate section of the PDF. I understand we can map other fillable fields to data from the record where the HR Document Template is used. However, I also need to map values that the user will enter during the signing process, such as 'YES,' 'NO,' or an address. How can I achieve this?

Starting from Yokohama HR document templates is deprecated so please use Document templates.

HR document templates 

I doubt your requirement is possible with HR document templates as it only supports Signing action
