Cascade data from one catalog item to another item with out using order guide

Cascade data from one catalog item to another catalog item without using order guide and second catalog item should be triggered when first catalog item is requested, and in first catalog item SC Task in work notes the second catalog item RITM number should be reterived.

@Basina Akash I am not quite clear with your requirements but you can achieve through flow which will be triggered when first requested item raised and respective task created.

You can read variables of first ritm and create a new ritm and do whatever wherever you would like to update but yes through flow you can achieve this easily
