Case table is not available in Encrypted Field Configuration

Hello, everyone.

I would like to implement column-level encryption in the Case table (sn_customerservice_case) apparently, it is not available in creating a new Encrypted Field Configuration record. The necessary plugins were already installed for CSM, also. What could be the possible reasons for this?

I appreciate any help given. Thank you in advance.

Hi @tidert_24 

Have you changed your scope to customer service scope or in global scope? You should be in the scope that the table belongs to.
