A contact record form in sys_user table ,the form view need to be case view without the option to replace it

Create a view rule (system UI > View Rules) for the table required as shown below.

once done you can see there won't be any view option in the customer_contact table

Hi Pav,

You need to create view rule as shown above by Adith. Once view rule is applied on user form, user will not be able to change the view (view option from context menu will be hidden). But if you need to apply this view rule only for a single user record then you need to define this in condition of view rule that the user should be xyz. Then only for xyz user that view rule will be applied.
