catalog client script :Applies on Catalog Tasks

Hallo,

i have encountered a surprising behavior for the last couple of days. We have onSubmit/ onLoad client scripts which apply only on the catalog tasks. They should make some variables mandatory depending on current catalog task. The scripts stopped working and even trying to get an alert isn't possible.

Scripts applying to catalog item view work fine. I would appreciate any pointers on what could be causing the issue.

Do you have any console, browser tools, or system log errors when loading a Catalog Task form with ONLY this onLoad script active?  There could be another Catalog Client Script, or even a Client Script running on sc_task that is causing the form to not load completely, so this script is not running.  Also look for scripted UI Policies and Catalog UI Policies.

Sorry for the late reply. We made a dummy catalog item with only the script and still it wouldn't run so we created a hi ticket. We are still waiting for their feedback. Thanks for your time and suggestion.

Just 'Check'/ 'Uncheck' 'Isolate Script' and see if that works.?
