Catalog item forms to be available as pop-ups on MS Teams (URGENT)

Hello, 

We have integrated ServiceNow with MS Teams and would like to show the catalog item forms as a pop-up on MS Teams rather than providing a hyperlink that opens the catalog forms on portal.

Is it possible to do it, please let me know how? Thanks.
