Catalog item stuck and can't "Cancel Checkout" and "Edit in Catalog Builder"

Hi experts,
I'm facing a strange issue. my catalog item is stuck and I'm unable to cancel checkout, even thought I used the official SN solution for this issue:

Has anyone found a solution and can please share?
