Catalog Item using select box and choice table

Hi all,

I have a catalog item that I want to use multiple select boxes on. I want all those select boxes to have the same choices. Is the fastest way to do this to use the Choice Table and Choice Field options? If so how do I use them. Whenever I select a table there are no options coming up when I test the catalog item.

That is the most efficient way...and the simplest way to maintain going forward.  You can have anything for your 'Choice Table', but the 'Choice Field' needs to be a true choice field somewhere in the system (not a reference field or some other type).  For example, if I wanted to reuse the Incident Priority choices in a record producer I would set up a variable with this in my 'Type Specifications' tab.

If you're still having problems after reading this please post a screenshot of your 'Type Specifications' tab on your variable and I can help troubleshoot.
