Catalog item variable: Rich Text Label

I am trying to use this Rich Text Label.  However, I can't figure out where this rich text is supposed to show:

There is nowhere for me to add any rich text...

Am I missing a configuration or some sort?

Hi,

Please make sure your form has the "rich_text" field in your layout so that it'll appear when called upon.
