Catalog Item variables not showing in sctask form

Hi All,

 

Catalog item variables are not showing in SCTASK Form.

We have removed the existing variable set in catalog item and added new variable set.

When this change was moved to production, the new request submitted after the change were working fine. But the SCTASKS which got created after new change for old RITM's has no variables.

 

Is there any way to get the old variable set data for the old RITM's on SCTASK Form.

In the workflow for this Catalog Item, on the activity that is creating the Catalog Task, at the bottom you can select which variables are shown on the Catalog Task.  Since you added new variables you need to update this then re-publish the workflow.

Not sure if this will help, on the new variables set Global = true.
