Catalog Item variables show on a RITM but not TASK

Hello,

 

 

I have an issue with my catalog item.

 

Once i submit a request I see the variables on the RITM created:

but not on the TASK that has been created for this request:

where this is configured?

Hello @dev_K 
If you are using workflow open the catalog task activity and add variable to the task and same for the flow. please refer below screenshots.

You can check following things:
 
1. See the Form Layout of the catalog task table. 'Variable Editor' should be present on the available bucket.
 
2. Check the workflow/flow designer attached to the catalog item for which you have submitted the request. In the 'Catalog Task' activity, there is 'Add Variables' section present. You need to select variables to display on the catalog task form.

In the catalog item flow open the Create Catalog Task activity and select the required variable in task.
