Catalog Item variables show on a RITM but not TASK

Hello,

I have an issue with my catalog item.

Once i submit a request I see the variables on the RITM created:

but not on the TASK that has been created for this request:

where this is configured?

Hi @dev_K,

This can be achieved in catalog variables. Under catalog variables, there will be multiple record of variables as per your catalog item. There is global field on variables. You can configure this by List veiw and make global field as true then it will show the same on task as well.
