I have a requirement where the catalog item should be VISIBLE in Service Portal for the users for the below timings and days:
Mon to Fri: 7:30 AM to 8:15 PM
Sat: 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM

Hi @Suresh Kumar8 ,
Not sure if the user criteria is dependent on time based , but you can write a scheduled job to make the user criteria active and inactive for the specified timings.
