I need to create dependent fields in a ServiceNow catalog item. When a user selects a value in one field, I want the available options in other fields to adjust based on that selection. How can I achieve this? My fields are : Region/Country/Location

There is some Auto-populate functionality for reference fields in UTAH but I haven't seen anything OOTB to achieve this. https://pathwayscg.com/using-category-and-sub-category-on-record-producers/ <-- this article does a good job of describing how you can do it though.
