Catalog items are not visible in catalog home page

Hi All,

 

When I open Service Catalog -> Catalogs from backend, i could see the catalogs home page, if i click on service catalog, I couldn't see the catalog items. which configuration is restricting it? can anyone suggest?

Hi @MS17 

At least one category must be active, and at least one item in that category must be active. If you're still not sure, try clearing the cache and repairing the Catalog plugin.

I have checked all the catalog items & categories are active.

Is this issue affecting all users? I'm not sure if anything is blocking it, but it looks like a cache issue. Are there any user criteria on the mapped items?

you are able to see 2 catalogs

did you check with admin what you can see?
