Making Entire policy form readonly

HI, I am trying to make entire policy form read only for grc document version table with a condition as if user has role security admin ,then he can edit fields on the form .If user is grc user then he cannot edit any field on the form.

How can I achieve this via acl or client script?

you can handle this using Table.* WRITE ACL and use advanced script and see if user has security_admin role
