is Service Catalog active in your instance?
Are there categories under it? and those categories have catalog items under it

Hi @MS17,
Could you please:
- Open the catalog items which you are unable to see
- Check in the "Portal Settings" section and make sure that "No search" is unchecked
If you found this helpful, please hit the thumbs-up button and mark as correct. That helps others find their solutions.
