Catalog items are not visible in catalog home page

Hi All,

 

When I open Service Catalog -> Catalogs from backend, i could see the catalogs home page, if i click on service catalog, I couldn't see the catalog items. which configuration is restricting it? can anyone suggest?

Hi @MS17 

 

Is this on PDI? If yes, try refreshing the instance. Also, as I mentioned earlier, try repairing the catalog plugin.

its not in my pdi, so couldn't repair the plugin.

Then mate , log a now support case.

when I use search on the catalog home page i can see the catalog items and also able submit it.

Some cache is blocking, better log a Now Support case.
