When I open Service Catalog -> Catalogs from backend, i could see the catalogs home page, if i click on service catalog, I couldn't see the catalog items. which configuration is restricting it? can anyone suggest?

I had this issue too and it was driving me crazy as ours was fine at one point then just stopped working. Turns out you can manually add catalogues and category sections using the plus button on the top right. Unsure if the intent is to force you to build everything out yourself but either way this isn't the most intuitive design as you'd expect it load a somewhat default view for each of your catalogues.
