Catalog Items (with Containers) do not look the same when pushed to another instance

Greetings folks,
When creating a Catalog Item with Container "Start" and Container "End" like below, the order gets completely messed up when the catalog item is promoted via update set to another instance.
Am I doing something wrong?

Can you confirm whether all the changes where moved to test instance with all the updated change.

Confirmed, all Catalog Item changes were moved to TEST

I would try changing the layout to "1 Column Wide" for everything in your Variables list, then add a Container Split type variable, ordered after the left side variable(s) for that container.
