We're facing an issue and have been trying different ways to solve it, but none of them seem to work. We have a problem with one of our catalog items. Once the requested item is created, on the requested item related list, if we want to create a new catalog task on the "Catalog Tasks" tab, it opens a new requested item form instead of opening the catalog task form.
Does anyone have an idea of what could be happening? This issue is only occurring with one specific catalog item and is not happening with the rest of the catalog items we have.
