Hi Community,
I have added the tree picker attribute to the assignment group field on the incidents form. The idea was that the tree picker is showing the parent groups and then the child groups. This is not working.
As anybody an idea?

have you checked any dictionary over ride already exist for incident table ?

Hi Felipe,
It should work can you make sure that there is not additional Group Type filter added as a qualifier that parent groups lacks. Also, what happens when the tree picker attribute is False or not configured. It still shows assignment group or not. Additionally, refer link for configuration check.

This was is. Dictionary overwrite for tree picker was set to false
