Hi....
I have a catalog item "Delete user" and there is variable " Date_of_deletion"
I want to make the state of the CTASK automatically go to "On hold" when the request is submitted and turn into "In progress" on the date of deletion.
Can you help me with the workflow script for this?

@Thomas
How many tasks are getting created for this Item?
If it is only one we can do this easily where you can use one wait for condition for comparing with date of deletion and one run script to update the state of the task.
Thanks,
Murthy

Hi Murthy,
Just one. I'm also okay with delaying the task creation. Create the task when the date of deletion is current date.

Hello Thomas
as per your latest reply to Murthy,
as suggested by Murthy, Create one wait for condition activity.
after that use catalog task activity. you can set your catalog task as per below screenshot.
