Good Afternoon,
Hope everyone is doing well! Currently trying to add a row for Categories and Subcategories for our incident table. I haven't been able to find anything within the system yet, but does anyone know if you can create a row within the incident table? Or at the very least, does one exist out of box? If not, is there an easy way to create a new one to add?
Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi @dadams3 ,
It comes OOTB, i can see both Category and Subcategory on my PDI:
What you can do is, change the "View" to " Default" and try:

Thank you for this! The table I was doing this for contains both Incidents and requests. Changing the view did help me find the option, though I wonder if there's a possibility to add subcategories to the table with both.

It's available OOB on incident table as those fields are present on incident table
Are you sure you are configuring the correct list for correct table?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
