Hi All,
On a record producer on our service portal I have created a couple of UI policies to make a couple of labels above groups of checkboxes. Both of these are working when I use the 'try it' option in the normal SN UI. When I try it on the Service portal one of these is working, the other is not.
Working UI policy
Using 'try it' function
Then allows submission as expected
On Service Portal
Then allows submission as expected.
The UI policy that is not working:
Working fine in normal ui:
Then allows submission as expected
On Service Portal
This allows submission even though both 'Has the document(s) failed to generate?' & 'Have you provided example documents?' are both false.
Any suggestions on why the logic is working on the 'try it' button but not working on the service portal?
Thanks
sam

HI Sam,
I see that in your condition when checkbox are true you are making them mandatory.
And in above image i see that in ui action you have marked them true.
Tell me if you dont click anything still mandatory is not show?
And it that a label field which you want to make mandatory?
Thank you,
Ashutosh

Yes they are correct to be true. If one of the checkboxes on the left side are true then The highlighted checkbox on the right side becomes visible.
The label above these 2 checkboxes on the right needs to be mandatory until either of the 2 checkboxes are marked true i.e. while both are false the label is mandatory.

Hi Sam,
I think we can make this label mandatory in portal. Let me check and get back to you.
Thank you,
Ashutosh

Everything I've seen says this is a known issue with no workaround - did you come up with a solution?

Hi,
Could you provide more information... Does it mean that UI policies don't work in certain cases on service portal?
Thanks for sharing
