Categories doesn't display the catalog items after upgrade

Hi All,
We have upgraded our customer instance from Qubec to Sandiego. After the upgrade , the categories on the service portal are not displaying the catalog items and I could find a kb article 'https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0994698' . However , I have no knowledge on Service portal and the explanation given in the article is confusing . Could someone please help me what changes to do on our instance to display all the categories in the portal.

Hi @yousaf , yes I have cloned the oob sc category widget . Also , there are custom widgets but I am not able to identify which is for the catalog page. This may seem silly but I am completely unaware of service portal . Could you please help

Yes in portal > widget you will need to find "SC Category page" widget
like i showed in first screenshot

and do all these changes carefully in OOB widget without clonning
and make sure to do this in client controller
Just follow the screenshots also share so I can understand where are you stuck

The OOB widget is not editable that it the reason , I have cloned it

Than I think only option you have here delete the cloned widget and just try to find the custom widget you are using and add these script lines in that.
