Category and its sub category in service portal

Hi,

SC Category widget only displaying only the Main Category and its catalog items only present in it.It is not querying/displaying the sub-category.

For ex. Access is main category which contains   4 subcategory and 11 catalog items in it.In   the service   portal when we click it is showing only 11 catalog items only. It is not showing 4 subcategory.

Also, when I click 'Access', it should show only its sub category and catalog items .Currently it is showing all categories.

Yes of course. We have quite a few widgets developed for displaying the knowledge categories in Service Portal.

I can't believe this hasn't been addressed yet. Seems like it should be a simple enough fix seeing as the existing functionality it there from Self Service.
