Catlogu item workflow

HI

I have a the following requirement but i dont know how to implement this can I get some help / guidance please:

1. I have 5 different catalogue items.

2. I would like to have different approval flows for each individual item.

3. What is the best way to implement this.

4. I understand how to create a catalogue item and how to create a workflow, but I am unsure how to link them in the way I require.

Hello @AnthonyMull ,

I would suggest create 5 flows for it and create 1 subflow.
You can add Subflow in those Flows after approval action.

Hi @AnthonyMull ,

As you are creating  workflow for each catalog item, you can link the respective workflow to catalog item and I believe all catalog items are not linked means its not part of order guide,

You can link workflow to catalog item as shown below,

Note - Make sure the workflow is published.

Hi all,

thanks for your comments. Quick follow up, for the catalogue items I have created I can only see 10 workflows to link it to but I have much more workflows. How come I cant see all my workflows there?
