Hey Sudhir
Contract Management was the obvious choice for us. Create a new contract type and then you have the OOB workflows for contract approvals, renewals etc.

Hi,
If you extend the contract table and call it something like Digital Certificates. I use the same standard fields and workflow from Contract Management with a couple of additions. Modify the License Type options to align with an SSL Cert (Single, Wildcard, Multi-Domain) and a new column for Level (Domain, Organisation, Extended).
That's pretty much it. Using the standard workflow you can configure notifications to fire well ahead of a certificate expiring and prevent all those P1 incidents
