HI All,

Do we have any module or application where we can manage the certificates.

Use case is manage certificates, issuer, expiry

generate alert based on expiry - 30 days 40 days.

Thanks Andy for the idea.

Just need one more small help---Can't able to see license_type in the screen.

Layout shows its available but can't see on form. Any idea what need to do display this..

I just checked and its available for software license or mainteinaince type only.

Could you tell how the contract expiration workflow triggers mail and how this can be tested.

I have added one contract expiring today--but was not able to receive any system mail regarding that.

Hi,

Sorry I probably wasn't clear. The workflow does not send an email natively (I dont think). You would need to follow something similar to Chuck's suggestion on this previous post:

Re: Send email notification when date is reached
