Can we display Change approval policy's decision label in approvals related list of a Change request? Similar to the "Workflow activity" we have in approvals related list in Requested Item.
This will be very helpful for a Change Manager or a user to know why and which policy is responsible for an approval record.
Can we create a custom field on approval table and populate it with decision's label ?
