Hello,
I'm creating a test case on ATF and I want to change the value of “Requested for not found” checkbox.
I used test step “set component values (Custom UI)” and retrieve components but found that checkboxes are not retrieved.
Any ideas?

it's a variable right then why not use Set Variable Value step?
Also the screenshot you shared is not for portal so remember not to use ATF portal steps
