Change default portal (swp) in "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management" configurable workspace

Is there a way to change the default portal "swp" for an specific configurable workspace?

We'd like to change "swp" to a different portal in "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management" configurable workspace.

I'm not quite following what you want to do here. Could you add more details and screenshots?

Whenever you try to create a new request from a Workspace (which can be done from a saved Interaction via "Create Request" button), it will open a new tab with an embedded Service Portal that displays Service Catalog. This portal is always "swp" for all workspaces.

 

My question is if it can be changed for the different workspaces (Agent Workspace, CSM Configurable Workspace, HR Configurable Workspace), to have different catalogs on each.

Did you found the solution for same?

There is a system property called com.glide.cs.portal_url_mapping._default.sc_cat_item. You can also do a *swp search in the value field of the system properties to find any others pointing there. If you are doing this in VA you also have to go into the URL Navigation and update it there as well.
