Change display of 'Stage' on RITM list view.

Hello Experts,

1) I have given 'Fulfillment' stage for catalog WF activity and when that catalog task is closed workflow proceeds to next step. But, before it was closed the stage is shown like below screenshot. But I just wanted it to display as "Fulfillment (In Progress)". I do not want to display the underlined part in screenshot. Is that possible?

Are you using an OOB workflow or a custom workflow? You should only need to change the Stage within workflow properties.

Hey @Rocky5 

Open your Flow and click on the three dots top right corner.

click on Flow Stages and create your own Stages. 

you can then add Stages to each 'step' under your "actions".
