Hi All, in customer instance i have com.snc.change_request, com.snc.change_management, Plugins i don't have com.snc.change_management.state_model plugin and com.snc.change_management.change_model.hide property is true. so I am unable to see model field at form level.  if set that property false i am getting different behavior at form level if i want behavior like same as PDI experience what should i do ? with out any customization.

Client is not willing to enable the com.snc.change_management.state_model plugin as per product documenttaion recomendation.

Are there any screenshots available to help understand this better? Generally, when you enable the Change plugin, it works in an out-of-the-box (OOTB) manner.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG  i uploaded the Property and plugins screen shot and Change _request form screen shot.

see currently all state choices are showing and UI actions also showing in irrespective their stages.

com.snc.change_management.change_model.hide

Hides the Change models feature when the com.snc.change_management.change_model.type_compatibility property is enabled. When creating a new change, you do not have the option to choose a model, and the Model field is not available on the Change request form.
