Hi,
Currently for my child table record, when the state is changing to closed incomplete, the related approvals are automatically changing to "No longer required".
When I re-open the record and click "submit for review" button, the state changes from open to waiting for review, then the approvals are still in "No longer required" state. Not changed to "Requested".
Is it better to create new approval records with state "Requested" or is it better to change the existing approval records state from "No longer required" to "Requested".
which one is best practice in the above two?

Hi @VullankiL ,
It is good to create new approval records when a record goes to 'submit for review'. The approval records which are in 'no longer required' should remain as it is since those went to that state legitimately.
This will help you to keep track of historical records as well as refrain you from messing up the existing approval records by updating multiple time.
