Change order for UI Actions in Agent Workspace only

Hi,

Is there a way to update order for UI action in Agent workspace only and doesn't affect order in UI16.

Hi Aparna,

UI actions are visible on workspace only when the "Workspace Form Button"  or "Workspace Form Menu" fields are checked.
If the UI actions you are referring to are common in both UI's you cannot achieve this.

You need to duplicate the UI actions and make sure that you display them on respective UI's but not both (By checking "Workspace Form Button"  or "Workspace Form Menu" or "Form Button" or "Form link" or relevant check boxes as appropriate per your need).
And then you can change the order as per your liking which does not affect other UI.
