Change progress bar component defined within repeaters using UI builder

Hello,
I'm working on progress bar component using UI Builder.
My container is defined in Repeater.
My concern is - I want to change the progress bar colors based on conditions. 
For eg: If value >= 50, 1st bar should be green and so on.

How can I achieve it?
