Change request from ServiceNow to MS Teams

I have one requirement where i want to send the change request approval to MS teams.

Is there any way in ServiceNow to do this with using spokes.

If possible can you provide the plugins that requested in this process.

Hi,

You can send a message into Teams, but not the approval itself.
That has to be handled within ServiceNow (or if you get a response back from Teams, you can have logic that answers the approval based on it).

Not sure what you're asking now, your initial question was about possibilities using the MS Teams spoke.

That's what I've answered.

How you implement it, through an virtual agent, or otherwise shouldn't matter.

But in my perspective, it's not a good use for virtual agent, if part of the conversation is to be waiting for an approval to happen.
