Change request priority is not changing based impact & urgency

Hi All,
We need to change priority based on impact and urgency on change request, we have priority look up table but it is working only on incident. it's not working on change request, could you please help on this to achieve.

The priority look up is not OOB for change request as it is for incident To configure it as incident. Please use the below articles:
