Hi,
I have a Change Risk Assessment that contains 2 categories which weigh 50pts each one:
1. Risk Severity
2. Risk Probability
Each category has 6 metrics questions like such:
We also defined 3 thresholds -
Score between 0 - 100 = Risk is Low
Score between 100 - 160 = Risk is Medium
Score more than 160 = Risk is High
Our belief is that each question (6 for each category with total weight on 100 each category) is basically summed up based of this calculation for each question:
question weight * 0 / 1 = some weight
We encounter in some scenarios some inconsistencies where we manually calculate a scenario and we get Risk is Medium and the system is defining the Risk as Low. ServiceNow does now show the calculated score from under it's hood.
Do we have that configured correctly? is the system calculating the score the way we expect it?
