Hi @Research 

What type of SLAs information you're trying to monitor?

Basically, we can find the SLAs data in the table Task SLAs [task_sla].

There's a column Task that you can filter for your specific Case table.

Just create a report based on the task_sla table: 

Utilizing the below condition (HRC = HR Cases):
