Hello,
I have noticed in several instances including my PDI that when a user approve a CR in the Assess state, the CR show state as New and upon refreshing the form the state will show Authorized. This is also the case when an approver approves the CR while in Authorized, but in this case the CR shows Authorized on the refresh then Scheduled on a second refresh.
Has anyone seen such behavior and have an explanation for this behavior. I have not seen before San Diego, but would like if any noticed in earlier versions as well.
Regards,
Ziad

Hey,
Talking about state change upon approval from New to Authorize, I believe this expected behavior, unless the form refreshes, the browser might not show the correct value or state until refreshed.
Talking about Authorized to Scheduled, these state transition happens when there are multiple level of approvals, so after first level of approval state goes to Authorize, and if your system couldn't find any next approval, it automatically transitions to Scheduled state.
For better understanding of these, I would suggest you to have a look at the workflows with changes, you will gain some perspective there.
