Our change process has been working well but we’ve just started receiving a lot of change requests with state = 10. Any ideas?

@Shwetha Shenoy Can you share some more details about what type of changes are popping up, as state=10 represents Ready state and nothing can be assessed using this detail.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput ,
This is the scenario -
Whenever the user moves the change request (Normal) to a closed state the value of the state is set to 10.
Thank you

Ideally the Closed state should have a value 3. Can you check if there is a business rule running on change_request which is setting the value of state to 10 when the user changes the state to closed.
